Privacy Policy

This site is designed to need as little information about you as possible. There are no user accounts, no trading functionality and no financial data collection.

1. Information we do not collect

  • No trading account credentials, because no trading functionality exists here.
  • No payment card details, bank details or wallet addresses.
  • No identity documents or verification data.
  • No user profiles, since the site has no account system.

2. Information handled automatically

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, referring page and timestamps in order to serve pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. This data is used for operational purposes only.

3. Local browser storage

We store one small preference in your browser: your chosen light or dark theme. It stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

4. The educational calculator

The profit and loss calculator runs entirely in your browser. The values you enter are never transmitted, logged or stored anywhere. Refreshing the page discards them.

5. Analytics and advertising

We do not operate advertising networks or behavioural ad targeting on this site, and we do not sell or rent data. If aggregate analytics are used to understand which educational pages are useful, they are configured to avoid collecting information that identifies individuals, and this policy will be updated if that changes.

6. Third-party resources

Web fonts may be requested from a third-party font provider, which involves a standard network request from your browser to that provider. We do not link to trading platform websites, and we do not embed third-party trading widgets that would transmit your data to a broker.

7. Your rights

Because we do not maintain user accounts or personal data records, there is typically no personal profile to access, correct or delete. Where applicable law grants you rights over data processed by our infrastructure, we will honour valid requests to the extent that such data exists and can be identified.

8. Children

This site is intended for adults researching financial markets. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly process children's data.

9. Security

The site is served over encrypted connections and contains no user-submitted data stores. Nevertheless, no online service can be guaranteed completely secure.
